Each candidate undergoes a detailed screening process, including: Experience check Technical skill evaluation (denting, painting, mechanical, driving, etc.) Behaviour & attitude assessment ID & background verification Only shortlisted profiles proceed further.

We share the screened candidates’ details, profiles, or videos for your approval. You select the candidates who best match your requirements.

If required, we coordinate: Online or in-person interviews Practical testing at your workshop or training yard This ensures complete clarity on skill levels.

Once candidates are selected, we complete: ID proof verification Address confirmation Joining documentation Compliance & onboarding formalities

Candidates are deployed to your location on the agreed date. Our team ensures smooth joining, orientation, and duty allocation.

We track: Daily attendance Location-based check-ins Discipline & punctuality Monthly performance Reports can be shared with clients on request.
